At Good Games TCG, we want you to love your apparel as much as your rare pulls, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure all clothing is free of stains, odors, or pet hair to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
